At Healing Frequencies, we believe that everything is energy—including you. Your bioenergetic field extends 5 to 6 feet beyond your physical body, constantly interacting with the frequencies around you. Some of these frequencies flow through with ease, while others may become stuck or difficult to process, leading to imbalances that manifest as stress, tension, or even dis-ease in your mental, physical, emotional, and spiritual Self. Imagine yourself as a radio station that's slightly out of tune—too much static can make it hard to receive a clear signal.

Through my Sound & Frequency Healing sessions, my intention is to help clear, lift, and shift these energetic blockages, allowing your body to return to its natural state of harmony and healing. By using powerful vibrational tools like Tibetan bowls, gongs, drums, bells, chimes, and tuning forks, we can help reset your energetic field, leaving you feeling clear, balanced, and aligned.

To support this, I offer a sliding pay scale for all Sound & Frequency Healing services at my home studio in Vienna, ON. This allows you to choose an amount that feels right for you or offer a trade in exchange. My goal is to make wellness accessible while honoring the energetic exchange of the work.
